ABOUT US

Founded in 2011, the Kicking 4 Celiac Foundation is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that aims to raise Celiac Disease education and awareness. The Kicking 4 Celiac Foundation works tirelessly to raise funds through charitable events which help various related non-profit organizations, develops our own organization and our one of a kind national Celiac Disease Scholarship award program, as well as supports our Cleats 4 Kids national program. We are excited to continuously work to help improve the lives of those who are affected by this auto-immune disorder.
The Kicking 4 Celiac Foundation scholarship program is offered to graduating High School students affected with Celiac Disease, to help off-set costs and expenses of requiring a gluten-free diet while in college. This scholarship program will began with the graduating class of 2011/2012 and will be continuously offered to well deserving, graduating high school seniors each year.
Our Cleats 4 Kids program was developed to help educate youth in underserved areas about proper nutrition, healthy eating, and the importance of an active lifestyle. To date we have partnered with multiple organizations to work with hundreds of children and teens through this program!
Our new Student Ambassador program is designed to help people in the Celiac Disease community feel empowered, and help educate others about this auto-immune disorder. Ambassadors reach out to their schools and communities to relay the information necessary to raise Celiac Disease awareness in their area.
Utilizing fun, active lifestyle activities in our fund raisers and events is a staple of our foundation, as we strive to work together and show people that it is still possible to maintain a healthy, successful, and active lifestyle with Celiac Disease. With a wealth of knowledge throughout a foundation that is staffed with Board Members, medical professionals, and persons with direct knowledge of living with Celiac Disease, the foundation operates with the desire to provide an outlet for support, and serve as an inspiration to people that living with Celiac Disease will not prevent you from enjoying your life, it is just merely a part of your life!
